Other Activities

Every year, we mount an Annual Exhibition in Mullingar Arts Centre, followed by exhibition of some of the prints in Belvedere House Visitor Centre. View the gallery.

We also hold a Club Championship, and participate in National Competitions run by the Irish Photographic Federation (IPF) either as part of a Club team or individually.

Our members can also submit work to attain one of the Federation’s distinctions or participate in international competitions run by the Federation Internationale de l’Art Photographique (FIAP), of which the Federation is a member. In the past, several of our members have represented Ireland in FIAP World Championships.

The En—Print Competitions

These are informal print competitions, and are held on most club nights. Entries must be un-mounted and no larger than 7”x 5” size prints.

N.B.: Images shown in the en-print competitions may also be used later for the club championship and for exhibitions.
