NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS

IRISH PHOTOGRAPHIC FEDERATION (IPF) NATIONAL LEAGUE

This is an inter-Club competition. The Club will chose panels of 10 prints each, in colour and black & white, to represent the Club. A panel will always contain images by several members. The League Finals are held every April, preceded by a Regional Qualifying Round.

IRISH PHOTOGRAPHIC FEDERATION (IPF) NATIONAL Shield

This is also an inter-Club competition, similar to the National League, but confined to non-advanced photographers. The Club will chose panels of 8 prints each, in colour and black & white, to represent the Club.

As with the National League, a panel will always contain images by several members. The Shield Finals are held every November. (There is no Regional Qualifying Round.)

[For both the League and the Shield, images must be mounted on 20" x 16" “antique white board.]

IPF PRINT & PROJECTED IMAGES COMPETITION

This is a competition for individual photographers, who must be members of IPF clubs. It is usually held in February. Prints may be presented as the member wishes (though the 20”x 16” mounting board is a good option). Images are projected as slides or as digital images.
