Bob Morrison announced that following the Print and Projected Image regional round, both he and Paul Crockett have images in the final. Best of luck in the Finals.
The finals of the IPF National Print & Projected Image Competition 2013/2014 take place on Saturday February 22nd in the Skyline Suite at Hotel Kilkenny.
Judging will begin at 10am and will be carried out by an international panel of three judges. Judging is open to public viewing and is free of charge.

The finals of the IPF National Nature competition take place the following day, Sunday February 23rd.
Bob also announced that the IPF National Club Championships will be held next May 17th & 18th in the Atrium of the County Building, Mullingar.  Last year was a great success and we will again be looking for volunteers to help on the two days. Distinction sittings will be held in The Arts Centre Mullingar on May 17th. We will be aiming to have advisory sessions in March or April.

The next meeting is 26th February 2014 and is the Club Championship Final. Â
The rules are as follows:
Enter 6 Prints – You MUST retain 2 from round 1.
Prints must measure between 12.5†and 14†on the longest or widest side.
The mount must be 16†x 20†and on antique white BACKING board only.

The “Window” board is not required, (it is optional), this is a change from previous arrangement to reduce cost to members
If you did not enter the first round and want to have a go, bring your six images for entry on the night.
And finally a reminder that the theme for the February photo competition is “Silhouette”.
