The Club year begins in September and runs through to the end of May. We meet every Wednesday in Mullingar Arts Center from 7.30pm to 9.00pm.

A meeting may consist of a talk on some aspect of photography, a discussion, a practical demonstration. Most meetings include an  En-print Competition, which is an informal competition for un-mounted prints up to 7″x 5″, with comments on the entries. The meetings at the beginning of the year, in September/October, usually have either a series of talks on basic photography or a full-scale beginners course. Enrollment in this course includes one years membership of the Club.

We also organise a studio type photo shoot at least once a year, where members will learn the art of using studio lighting/natural lighting to produce professional looking portraits.
