Mullingar Camera club will kick off its 2014/15 season this coming Wednesday 10th September,  in the Arts Center in Mullingar. We are looking forward to welcoming back existing members, and we hope that we will see some new faces on the night.

We will ease into the new season with a warm welcome from the chairman. This year we will do things a little differently, there was a desire at the end of last year to have practical nights and to move away from the lecture style of learning. So to that effect we hope to put together a program for the year,  that will meet this desire.

The first night we will split the group into small groups of 4 to 5 people, with an experienced member of the club as the head of that group. we hope on the first night to chat in these groups and get a feel for why people join the club and what they want to get out of it. The aim is to deliver content over the course of the year that will keep people interested and keep them coming back for more a build a robust and dynamic club for us all.

Membership for the year is 50 Euro, which entitles members to participate is all club events, access to the club photo room which has use of the club computer and printer. You will be guaranteed to have at least one photo displayed in the annual exhibition.
